Tu Bishvat

Tu Bishvat is the Jewish holiday which celebrates the New Year for the Trees. It falls on the 15th day of the Hebrew month of Shvat. The holiday is celebrated by planting trees and dining on dried nuts, figs, and fruits. In 2010 Tu Bishvat falls on January 30th.
